Please note that we are a project-by-project consultancy. We will meet with you to determine the scope and rigors of the project, and to fully understand your concerns and objectives. If we feel we are a good fit, we will prepare a proposal for you based on your specific set of circumstances and goals. Our collaborative project proposals start at $2,000, and our fixed hourly consultation rate is $75. Services are rendered after a contract has been signed and 50% non-refundable retainer is secured.
Looking for skilled team members for your next food related project? On and off site catering, on-location team management, cooking for media production, remote kitchen set up, and logistics are just some of the services in our wheelhouse. We’ve produced food in private homes, office buildings, farm fields, deserts, beaches, art galleries, TV & film production sets, riverbanks, duck clubs, fishing and hunting camps, and just about everywhere in between. Jobs can be as simple as coming alongside another caterer who needs help with a big event, to a cooking for a multiple day wilderness trip.
